This day in 2016 ground was broken on Absegami’s garden and a lot has changed since then! In the last 8 years we have expanded to 2 courtyard gardens, 13 chickens, a sustainable pond, butterfly gardens, multiple raised beds, 2 cold frame green houses where we practice 4 season farming, an apple orchard and 2 compost piles. Thank you to every single person who have helped along the way!
Absegami counselors brought students to the Pennco Tech campus in Blackwood, NJ. Students were provide with a presentation and tour of the campus. Thank you @penncotech1 for an informative and exciting morning!

Our use of a snow day last Friday, January 19th, necessitates the addition of a school day to our calendar. Please note that we will now have school on Friday, May 24th, which was previously scheduled as a “reserve day.”
Once again, the GEHRHSD will now be in session on Friday, May 24th - "A Day."
Moving forward, should extreme weather or any other circumstance cause an additional emergency closure, the district will once again update the calendar. Please be advised that further closures may cause a change in our graduation dates and times. As always, we will do our best to communicate any upcoming changes in a timely manner.
