NEW NJDOE HS Requirements Approved

The New Jersey State Board of Education this week unanimously approved a proposal for revised high school graduation requirements designed to equip students with 21st century skills and better prepare them for the workplace and college. Check them out.

Ralph Martin Education Foundation Grant

“The Foundation will award grants for educational projects which will benefit the students of the Greater Egg Harbor Regional High School District. The Foundation has allocated a range of $12,000 to $15,000 total to be awarded on grants this year.” For more info check out the Grant Site.

Teaching American History Grant

The One Nation, Many Americans Project (ONMAP) is a three-year initiative designed to strengthen the content knowledge and instructional strategies of United States History teachers at the school district’s two high schools, Oakcrest and Absegami, as well as history teachers from its six K-8 sending districts.
